Raguel (ラグエル Ragueru) is an angel from Ente Isla. He is assigned with the task of monitoring the actions of every angel and for announcing the declaration of an angel turning into a fallen angel, also called the Declaration of Fallen.
History[]
Not much in known about Raguel's past, except that he gained the position of Watcher after Lucifer left heaven.
Appearance[]
Raguel is described as a man with a black Afro. This was dyed to hide his original hair color for unknown reasons, though a purple streak is still visible. During his time in Japan we wore a regular shirt and thorn jeans, along with a pair of sunglasses.
